We aim to dispatch all items placed before 4pm on the same day so it will be with you the next working day depending on the delivery option you select.

General

We use Royal Mail or TNT for all our deliveries UK + Worldwide, if you are not present at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a calling card which then you have to re-arrange delivery or pick up the parcel from your local depot with identification.

Standard Recorded Delivery (2-3 working days) FREE

  • We aim to dispatch your parcel the same day; you should receive it within 3 working days from the day you placed the order. If you order on Monday it will be with you by Thursday.
  • All Standard deliveries are recorded; you will be issued a tracking number so you can track your order.
  • A signature is required when the parcel is delivered to your address

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery
Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays £5.00

  • Available on all orders regardless of the price and size of your order placed before 4pm Monday-Friday.
  • Your order will arrive the following day between 9am and 5pm.
  • All orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Friday and will arrive on Saturday and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
  • You will be given a tracking number which will allow you to follow your order from the moment it leaves us to the minute it arrives at your door!
  • A signature will be required upon receipt.

Europe Standard Recorded Delivery (up to 5 working days) £10.00

  • We deliver to every European Country!
  • Standard Recorded Delivery available Monday to Friday only.
  • You will be sent a tracking number to ensure you know where your parcel is at all times.
  • A signature will be required to ensure proof of receipt.

Worldwide Standard Recorded Delivery (up to 10 working days) £13.00

  • We deliver to all countries around the globe!
  • Standard Recorded Delivery available Monday to Friday only.
  • Track you order using the tracking number provided in your email.
  • Upon arrival in your country your parcel will be forwarded on to the domestic postal service and standard delivery procedures will apply.
 How do I track my item?
If you would like to track your item please use your tracking number which has been provided with your order (only applies to special delivery) and your item can be tracked from the couriers website, if you have a Recorded delivery please request your tracking number from us which we will happily provide for you.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
If your order was placed before 4pm and the item you ordered is in stock it will be dispatched the same day. If you would like to confirm your item has been dispatched please use our View Orders page where you can view your order status.
 
When using the View Orders Page please enter you details as follows in the Enter Order Id (box): ORD- (your order number goes here) leaving no gaps. 

Can I collect my item from your store?
At the moment we cannot accept a store collection and ask you to either order online or bring the style number of the item you would like and purchase it instore.

What courier do you use?
All of our items are now dispatched using Royal Mail or TNT and will be dispatched same day from us.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?
When Royal Mail or TNT arrive to deliver your item someone who resides at the address must sign for the item.

Can I change the delivery address?
If you wish to have an item delivered to an address other than the invoice address, when purchasing the item please put the address you would like your parcel to be delivered to.

Can the delivery be left in a hiding place?
With all our deliverys a signature is required by someone living at the address so unfortunately we cannot leave the item unattended or unsigned for, If you are not present at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a calling card, please follow the instructions on the card

Do you deliver to British Forces Post Office addresses?
We can deliver items to any UK address including BFPO addresses, if the card your are using to pay is registered to a home address please use the home address when placing the order and send us a following email with your name, order number and BFPO address.

Do you deliver to my country?
We will deliver to any country in the world as long as appropriate postage costs are paid. If you want a quote on the delivery cost to your country please email us with your name, address and country details and which items you would like to order. We will get back to you as soon as possible with postage costs.

What if I'm not home when It's delivered?
If you or a member of your family aren't home to sign for the item then it will be taken to your local Royal Mail or TNT depot, Royal Mail will leave a calling card which then you follow the instruction on how to re-arrange delivery or you can alternatively go to you local depot to collect you parcel.
